1. Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 8ee888 website accessible at https://8ee888.app, including all sub-pages, features, games, and services available thereon.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus credits.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account by 8ee888.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they and any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity verification process required to authenticate a Player's identity and age.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh and the primary currency of the Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the 8ee888 Platform is conditional on your acceptance of this Agreement. By clicking "Register", "Sign Up", or any equivalent registration action, and by logging into your Account on any subsequent occasion, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, that you understand it, and that you agree to be bound by it without modification.

If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any product on the 8ee888 Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years old or older. 8ee888 takes the protection of young people very seriously. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be permanently closed, all funds in that Account will be voided, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.

3.2 Jurisdictional Responsibility

It is your sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using online betting and casino services is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are connecting. 8ee888 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any specific location. If you choose to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited, you do so at your own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

3.3 Prohibited Persons

The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on 8ee888:

• Persons under 21 years of age;
• Persons who have previously been self-excluded from the Platform;
• Employees, contractors, agents, and their immediate family members of 8ee888 or its affiliated entities;
• Persons whose access to the Platform has been suspended or terminated by 8ee888 for any reason.

4. Account Registration and Verification

4.1 Registration

To access the full range of 8ee888 services, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any of it changes. 8ee888 reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one Account on the Platform. The existence of multiple Accounts held by the same individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited. If 8ee888 identifies duplicate accounts, all such accounts may be suspended, all associated Bonus Funds will be voided, and any winnings generated while the duplicate account policy was in breach may be forfeited. 8ee888 will use technical and procedural methods to detect and prevent duplicate account creation.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing any withdrawal, 8ee888 will require you to complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. You will be asked to provide one or more of the following: a government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and evidence of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, or Rocket transaction confirmation). Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period will result in withdrawal requests being held in a pending state until verification is complete.

4.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any security codes with any other person. You must notify 8ee888 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization. 8ee888 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials or where you have voluntarily disclosed those credentials to a third party.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

8ee888 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 8ee888 does not currently accept deposits made via credit cards issued by international banks for players accessing the Platform from Bangladesh.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount on 8ee888 is ৳200 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits are set at the account tier level and may vary. 8ee888 reserves the right to alter deposit limits at any time and without prior notice. 5.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. 8ee888 aims to process approved withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad wallets within ten minutes of approval during standard operating hours. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required. 8ee888 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳100,000 in a rolling seven-day period.

5.4 Verification of Funds Source

8ee888 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. We may at any time request documentation evidencing the source of funds deposited into your Account. Failure to provide satisfactory source-of-funds documentation may result in the suspension of withdrawal facilities and, where legally required, reporting to the relevant authorities.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Policy

From time to time, 8ee888 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players. All such promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus policy set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and this section, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount received (e.g., a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳20,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted). Not all game types contribute equally toward wagering requirements; live casino and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in individual promotion terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

8ee888 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same welcome bonus, exploiting loopholes in promotion mechanics, placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a bonus withdrawal, or any other conduct that 8ee888 determines to be an attempt to exploit promotional offers in bad faith. Where bonus abuse is identified, 8ee888 reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds and associated winnings and to permanently close the relevant Account.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on 8ee888 are subject to the game-specific and sport-specific rules published on the Platform. The following general betting rules apply across all products:

• Bets are final once confirmed. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
• 8ee888 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or conditions resulting from a technical error, data feed error, or pricing mistake.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any bet, 8ee888's decision shall be final and binding, subject to the formal complaints procedure set out in Section 11.
• Minimum bet amounts apply per product and are displayed within each game or market interface.
• Maximum win limits apply to certain markets and game types as specified within the relevant product pages.
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise fails to complete, settlement rules specific to that sport will apply.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of 8ee888.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8ee888 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not 8ee888 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, 8ee888's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall 8ee888's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to this Agreement exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the twelve months immediately preceding the claim.

11. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the 8ee888 service, you should submit your complaint in writing to our support team at [email protected], providing your Account username, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting evidence. 8ee888 will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours and will aim to provide a substantive response within ten business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through the internal procedure, you may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority under whose jurisdiction the Platform operates.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 8ee888 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through the complaints procedure in Section 11 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

13. Amendments

8ee888 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time. Revised Terms & Conditions will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

14. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, such provision shall, to that extent, be severed from the remaining provisions of this Agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

15. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and any product-specific rules published on the Platform, constitutes the entire agreement between you and 8ee888 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to that subject matter.
